Priorities for the course selection
Exchange and MEDes students
The priority rules below apply for all students who take part in the course elections. As an international guest student you are listed as a 4th semester student in the election process.
Note: Our international guests have an extra priority to take part in the courses they wish to. In every project maximum 3 additional students can take part. This means that exchange and MEDes students who do not find their names on the lists as desired may ask for an extra seat. Please consult the lecturer directly or ask the staff in our International Cooperation Center for help. The course lists can be found in the corridor on the first floor of the KISD building, about 3-4 days after election has ended.
Lower semester preferred
For places in "easy pieces", hands on seminars (TS), hands on courses (K1T, K2T), language courses (K1S), workshop introductions (WE) and workshop courses (K1WE, K2WE), students with a low number of semesters have a higher priority than students with a high number of semesters.
Higher Semester preferred
For projects (LP/MP/KP), academic seminars (WS), academic courses (K1WS, K2WS), general courses (K1, K2), working groups (AG) and community courses (K1CO, K2CO) students with a higher number of semesters have a higher priority to students with less semesters.
