NXT Robot Design

Krystian Majewski My name is Krystian Majewski. I study design in Cologne, Germany. Here, you will find projects I have created with the LEGO Mindstorms NXT set. You can contact me at kryst(at)ceeu.de. You can find my other projects on my website.

NXT 8094 Plotter

The NXT 8094 Plotter is the plotter model from the old 8094 Technic Control Center rebuilt with the use of the Lego Mindstorms NXT set. Although not very precise, it is a very quick and simple way to build a Lego plotter. Additionally, I've build a font set made out of custom blocks to write letters with it. Feel free to use them.

JennToo Radar

The JennToo Radar is an improvement of the Tribot Radar made for Brian Davis' JennToo robot. The program comes with the same features and scan resoultion as the Tribot Radar, but works abot 200% faster due to a different scanning method. This program is ment to be used with JennToo, the building instructions of which can be found here. The program itself is based on the trigonometric custom bulding bricks from the very helpful NXTétude. I added some own custum building bricks to keep the program size manageble. Feel free to download it and experiment with it. Tell me if you come up with something exciting.

Tribot Radar

With the Tribot Radar your Tribot scans the environment using the ultrasonic sensor and displays the collected data on the screen. The idea is similar to a radar display. Afterwards, you are able to change resolution of the display to zoom in and out. This program is ment to be used with the Tribot, the building instructions of which are included in the standart LEGO Mindstorms NXT set. The program itself is based on the trigonometric custom bulding bricks from the very helpful NXTétude. I added some own custum building bricks to keep the program size manageble. Feel free to download it and experiment with it. Tell me if you come up with something exciting.
