QWER, founded in 1994 by
Iris Utikal and Michael Gais,
develops communication
concepts for companies,
social and cultural institutions.
QWER offers solistic concepts
and solutions based on a
broad network embracing,
photographers, musicians,
product designers, architects
and programmers.
Since 2002, Iris Utikal and
Michael Gais hold a chair in
the subject of typography
and layout at Koeln
International School of Design.
