Janina Rösch studied Integrated Design in her Bachelor’s degree at KISD before returning to TH Köln as a research assistant in 2019 after completing her Master’s degree in Communication Design at the Peter Behrens School of Arts (HS Düsseldorf) and working in brand development and technology consulting.

Since then, her focus has been on design research at the research focus “Digital Technologies and Social Services” (DITES). In the interdisciplinary project INTIA, she researches as a (service) designer at the interface of social work and computer science the participatory and co-creative development of everyday technologies together with children and young people in disability and educational assistance. In addition, within her teaching activities at KISD in the field of service design, she dedicates herself above all to the (re)design of public administration as well as the topics of inclusion and co-creation and in this course initiated a teaching cooperation together with the “Institute for Inclusive Education NRW” (IIB).
