KISDtalk: Mobility as a service. A digital customer journey for sustainable transport with Wegfinder.

Wegfinder is a service app connecting all mobility services in Austria with one fully digital customer journey – From public transport and carsharing to bike rental and taxi services. Moritz Kremer

completed his bachelor in Integrated Design at KISD in 2019. During his undergraduate studies, he gained work experience at service design agency Service Works. Since 2019, Moritz has been employed as a service designer at Austrian Railways ÖBB. In addition, he has served as a user experience designer for the Mobility as a Service app wegfinder. As of 2022, Moritz commenced his master in Design Management and Computer Science at Aalto University Helsinki
