
KISD professor Birgit Mager has been recognized by the International Society of Service Innovation Professionals (ISSIP) as a role model for lifetime achievements in advancing the understanding and practice of service innovation.
This esteemed recognition from ISSIP highlights Professor Mager’s contributions to the global service innovation community. Through groundbreaking research, cross-disciplinary collaboration, and committed engagement with both academia and industry, Professor Mager has played a key role in shaping the field.
Commenting on the recognition, Professor Mager said:
