“…we set a sign!” is a project cooperation between the Holon Institute of Technology (HIT) in Israel and the KISD. From March 27 to 31, students from both universities met for a one-week kick-off workshop in Cologne.

The workshop was let by Prof. Prof. Michael Gais, Prof. Wolfgang Laubersheimer (KISD) and Galit Yavin Davidson (HIT). In cooperation with the Israel Office of North Rhine-Westphalia, the students took the first steps towards developing a figurative mark / sign for acceptance and against anti-Semitism, racism and xenophobia.

The mixed groups from the two universities will continue to work intensively on the topic in the coming weeks and go ahead with the visual development. The results will be presented at a final meeting in Holon (near Tel Aviv) during the summer semester.
