Leading Design for Audiobooks and Gated Content at Spotfiy
Lena Hammes leads the Audiobook Product Design team at Spotify. With her background in Service Design, her goal is to create strong multidisciplinary Design teams that help product companies drive innovation based on user insights. After she landed her first job in NYC at Fjord, a Design consultancy, she was exposed to complex design problems across markets and industries. Her time in South America, Brazil, and South Africa and living in Scandinavia taught her the importance of cultural differences when designing inclusive and simple solutions for people.
