KISDparcours and GradShow 2026: Your invitation to our Design graduation exhibition

On Friday, 24 July 2026, the Köln International School of Design will open the KISDparcours 2026, its annual graduation exhibition. The building will be transformed into a parcours of design projects and installations, inviting visitors to discover current works, engage in conversation with young designers, and experience an evening of exhibition, exchange and programme.

On display will be more than 70 BA and MA projects from the Integrated Design programmes, as well as selected project work.

This year brings a number of new features: for the first time, the KISDparcours will be accompanied by a GradShow, and the opening day has also been moved. Unlike in previous years, we will not be opening on Thursday, but on Friday at 5 pm.

A varied programme awaits you at the opening: an international panel featuring guests from several partner universities, moderated presentations by the Winkler Foundation International’s Experience Abroad scholarship holders, a farewell to Prof. Birgit Mager, our renowned Professor of Service Design, and a ‘Prof-Bar’, offering a space to ask any questions about KISD, the projects and the Parcours.

You can also look forward to our famous Second-Semester Show, the debut performance of the KISD band ‘Fachkräftemangel’, a fashion show and a raffle.

Refreshments will also be provided throughout the evening. Guests can purchase food and drink vouchers on the night.
