Even though more and more services are delivered through digital channels it is in the end the humans who are in the center. And the behavior of people has a strong impact on the value a service can deliver. So how do we take the behavior into consideration when designing for services? This lecture will give an overview on concepts and strategies aiming at behavioral change through design.
