There is a primary target group, as well as a place where an emergency situation with cardiovascular arrest arises. People of early retirement who are in their homes at the time of the emergency. Due to the assumption that older people are usually surrounded by peers and live together with a person of the same age, the central theme of this work emerges: animating senior citizens to resuscitate. With the help of service design methods such as co-creation, concepts have been developed that make resuscitation tangible and workable for seniors. The result is the workshop concept „Herzensangelegenheit“, which is supported by a toolbox with learning materials.
